Frank Costa did a great job of showing me the S 580e, explaining the purchase procedure and getting most of it done even before I came back to the dealership. That cut at least an hour or more off my las explaining the purchase procedure and getting most of it done even before I came back to the dealership. That cut at least an hour or more off my last experience. When I got there the car was gassed up and the electric was at full power. I had to make a few decisions about what additional options I wanted. I chose paying for the maintenance up front for 2 years, Getting the special outside and inside protection, and getting the glaze on my windshield. It all went smoothly. He ran though the options and told me he understood that there would still be many questions because of the volume of information but would be there for me and he has. Nice work Frank. More
