Service was professional and timely. The only take away was not knowing where my car was in the process. Seeing what the technician sees and the recommendations are a great incentive in building trust related to required or needed repairs. Also texting during the steps of repair so that if I’m waiting or needing to get back to the dealership if I’ve left to do other things during the repair would help. Finally, text to pay. Sending a link for repairs with the invoice amount and approve via the card on file would be a nice added feature to cut down time at the dealership. As an added feature? Better snacks and contrails in the waiting area… but that’s me being spoiled by my previous dealership. More
