Mercedes Benz of Midlothian hands down is the best car dealership I have ever encountered. Everyone we interacted with was excellent. Very customer focused.Great experience. We ordered a vehicle in December and Tink did a good job of keeping us informed. in the end we wound up purch Very customer focused.Great experience. We ordered a vehicle in December and Tink did a good job of keeping us informed. in the end we wound up purchasing another vehicle which was delivered to the Dealership with slightly upgraded options. Knowing that our ordered vehicle was not yet shipped from overseas, Tink reached out to see if the vehicle on the lot would be acceptable. We agreed and the rest of the process was very smooth. Thanks to Tink for looking out for us, thinking outside the box and creating a very positive buying experience. More
