Purchase of a great used car Trevor Worosher is a great person to work with he helped me from start and completed the sale of a great used car. My wife and I live 2 hours away and Trevor Worosher is a great person to work with he helped me from start and completed the sale of a great used car. My wife and I live 2 hours away and Trevor had the paperwork completed upom our arrival, so really all we had to do was sign on the doted line and we where off heading home. I am a PA resident and had some concerns about purchasing out of state, however, the service I have received has been amazing. Two weeks after I purchased my car, I had an issue with a crack in my windshield. I reached out to Ralph and I was immediately reassured that my car would be taken care of. Ralph, the Midlothian Mercedes general manager and the entire Midlothian team made me feel like a family member that they wanted to make sure was taken of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, whether in state or out of state. You will be treated with respect and be taken care of in a professional, but sincere way. More

Wil Turner provided excellent service. I was interested in a Mercedes that I saw for sale on the internet. After sending a request for more information I was contacted by Wil Turner via ema I was interested in a Mercedes that I saw for sale on the internet. After sending a request for more information I was contacted by Wil Turner via email. Wil answered all my questions and provided the additional information without being aggressive or pushy. He bent over backwards to get the car ready and accomadate my schedule. When showing the car he was knowledgeable, upfront, and friendly. Negotiating went smooth and as expected. Started badly but ended well Made an appointment for service because I knew I would be in the area helping my daughter after surgery. I live in Yorktown and usually use Tysinger Motors.Car arrived on time for routine pre-paid service on Friday, January 18th.. No call by 4, called and was to get a call back. No call by 5, so I called continually until I talked to someone. Car had not been touched. It was overlooked and no explanation as to why I was not called. Talked to Josh who told me I could have a loaner and since I did not live in the area they would deliver my car to me in Yorktown on Monday. I asked to see a manager when I got there after 6 to pick up the loaner. Ryan Pulley came out, apologized and assured me I would get a call the next day. They would find out what happened and make it right. Ron Beck called on Saturday. Mike Moore had an emergency and the ball had been dropped. I asked what Mercedes would do to make this right and he indicated I should be happy with a car delivered to me, clean and fully gassed. I thanked him and told him that was what I would have had on Friday and apparently he did not see customer service as important. Mike called on Sunday. He apologized and I appreciated his effort. He said the next service, which is a B service would be covered. I told him I understood an emergency, but thought someone should have taken over his list on his way out the door. I am shocked that is not in place already. People do get sick and have emergencies. My car was delivered on Monday. even after telling everyone to use my cellphone number, Carl was only given my home phone. As the car was in Williamsburg, a savings of 50 miles for him, he took a chance and brought it to the address given. It was clean, but no one had told him to fill it up. I had filled it before my appointment, something I will not do in the future. He offered to fill it, but I let it go. Thank you to Mike for owning up to the mistake and making it right, Thank you to Ron for the nice backpack. I did not expect that but appreciate your good will. More

Could have been better. No detailing done I think if a sales person or rep is dealing with the public and are obviously ill that they should not be taking care of customers. Shaun was obviously sick and should not have been at work yesterday. He didn't know how to type, said the computer was giving him trouble, typed with one finger which was extremely slow and didn't have much personality. Any other time I have brought my car into Mercedes, they detailed it; cleaned inside and out, gave top care and attention. This time I did not get that service at all. Bryan was personable but didn't touch base with him until we picked up the car...and at that time we got a handshake and smile. That's it. Disappointed. More
