Totally Awesome! I stopped going to Mercedes Benz of Midlothian many years ago since I found that every time I brought my car in for a simple service, someone found th I stopped going to Mercedes Benz of Midlothian many years ago since I found that every time I brought my car in for a simple service, someone found thousands of dollars of work that "needed" to be done. But, in early 2015, I brought my car in for a major warranty job - replacing a leaking gas tank.- which "MBUSA" had extended 15 years from the "date of service" to the original and subsequent owners. After that warranty work was done, I realized that a Service Advisor, Brian Parker, was honest, down-to-earth, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He WON me back to this dealership. I not only continued to bring my 2003 E320 in for service from early 2015 but decided to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 E350W4 at this dealership. I also have had great service and advice from Carlton Courter, Natalie Byrd, Shaun Hagler, Scott Lambert, Ryan McClay, and Amanda Dudley. Even Wilder Hickman in "Parts" and Jo Gardner in Warranty have been real team players. I can't say enough to express my gratitude for and trust in the entire team. My hat's off to Ron Shaban, the Service Manager for what he's been able to accomplish with this team. Everyone plays a part but a culture such as this always starts at the top! More

Everyone I met was professional, solicitous, courteous, knowledgeable, fair, patient and totally customer-focused. As a retired President & CEO of a statewide company, I would have killed to have any of these folks on my staff. My hat's off to Ron West, the General Manager of this dealership. A few months earlier, I visited the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned dealership just a mile or so east on Route 60 to look at their inventory. The people there were very knowledgeable but there's no comparison, in my opinion, between an "upscale" Japanese car and a German car that rides like a real luxury car but drives like a sports car! But, the PEOPLE at Mercedes Benz of Midlothian are the most important part of the deal. I'll list some names below but I have to make special mention here of my Sales Advisor, Kathy Pierson, who spent the major part of three separate days to be sure I found the car I wanted. She even came out to our house to program the electronic garage door opener in the car so it would function with the "rolling code" on our garage door opener. She is, quite simply, the BEST. More

Brian' s effort just makes me appreciate my car even more. He is aware I am very particular about my car. I rarely drive my car in the rain. When I pulled in for my state inspection . The sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which helped us in making a decision on the purchase. He worked closely with us through the process. Once it came time to close the deal in the business managers office, that took less than 20 minutes. There was no high pressure sales tactics to add additional services like happened when I bought a vehicle from their next door competitor. Once the deal was closed, the sales consultant went over on how to operate all the items. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. More
