Excellent customer service Brian Parj Ker in the service department went the extra mile to help us resolve a brakes issue on a recently purchased vehicle but personally giving Brian Parj Ker in the service department went the extra mile to help us resolve a brakes issue on a recently purchased vehicle but personally giving us advice how we could get him the car and pick it up during the coronavirus pandemic. We had the vehicle there prior for a brake issue but the issue came back but not as severe. He kept the vehicle and personally checked it out an extra day to make sure all was well. Then arranged for us to pick up the car perfectly contactless so we did not have to go into the dealership. That is going the extra mile for a customer, Thanks Brian! More
