Was told 2 hours, took exactly 2 hours, ordered some food from nearby via DoorDash, had a picnic on the grass with my dog, helped myself to water and coffee from the dealership. My bill came to $1355. 90 for labor. The car was in your shop for 24 hours and assuming that the labor was done over eight hours that would come to about $170 an hour or if 90 for labor. Whether or not that’s the book rate or actual rate it’s a lot of money per hour and does not seem appropriate. More
This is my second vehicle purchased from MB of Miami, I have always felt that the service team does an outstanding job with the customers. The one on one service you receive is very personable. Returned my car with a non working sound system. Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I had to take the battery out, at the service department, and go get another one. That's when I discovered that the sound system was no longer functioning. Their response? " Oh well, your car is old and your radio just stopped working". That was a brand new battery. What ever killed the battery probably killed the sound system. The service manager refused to fix it and took no responsibility for the brand new battery that was damaged. More
I was greeted very warmly and ask to wait in the lobby. My serviceman came to get me almost immediately. We discussed the service to be done. I was given the choice to wait or go home and wait. I was given a ride with Lyft, and picked up by Lyft in less than 2 hours. My car was serviced, I asked for a copy of what services were performed. My service guy was very professional and kind to go over future services, I was grateful and home I went. Thank you! More
