Personally found Allen went out of his way to Satisfy the customer, resolve the issues, and to encourage the customer to engage with others in the services provided at the agency. Allen exhibited determination, contentiousness of the customer's feelings and inconvenience of being without provided transportation, a loaner vehicle from the dealer. He cared that time was an issue that he worked to solve immediately if not sooner. No Unnecessary waste of the customer's time was provided essentially in helping the customer's feel satisfied about dealing with Mercedes of Miami. More

Had a service appointment at 7am on Tuesday. Service manager finally greeted me at 7:40am. Was told the repair would take 1-2 days. Called in Thursday at 12:04 because I’d never heard from the d Service manager finally greeted me at 7:40am. Was told the repair would take 1-2 days. Called in Thursday at 12:04 because I’d never heard from the dealership and no one was available to speak but was told I’d be called back. Didn’t happen. Called back at 5:24pm insisted on speaking to a manager. Was told the repair wasn’t started - staffing shortage. Picked-up car at 6:30pm because I need the car. Will try again next week. More
