He described the 2016 certified pre-owned Mercedes as "i-mma-cu-late," "perfect," "not even driven" and was all ready to ship me the vehicle. It wasn't until I hired an independent inspector that I found out the leather was literally falling off the glove box and their idea of certified pre-owned is to replace only one of the front tires. The other front needed to be replaced as well, but according to Francisco dry-rot was in spec for a certified pre-owned Mercedes. Buyer beware! More

As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I was shocked to discover the unscrupulous tactics o I have leased my last 4 cars from Mercedres Benz of Miami. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I was shocked to discover the unscrupulous tactics of their Finance Department and management in general. I went to the dealer to turn in my lease and told the sales associate that has helped me for years, that I wanted the same lease and terms that I had previously. Being that he did not have a car on the lot that fit the criteria I requested, He showed me a vehicle that had 3000 miles and said he could give me the terms I requested. The finance dept then took over the process. By then it was very late and to his advantage, I was cold, tired and hungry. He lied to me and was artfully and intentionally misleading. He went on explaining that his printer was not working and that I would have to sign electronically and he would read the terms from his pad explaning things to his convenience. He told me that I was leasing a preowned vehicle and would get a fabric protection and dent protection. He just failed to tell me that I was actually purchasinng the protections plans, for how much, and that they were not cancelable. He would show me the the electronic pad from a distance while telling me what it said as he saw fit: and while I was concentrating on what he was saying, I was missing what I was acctually signing. He added predelivery fees, and protection plans which he never told me I was Purchasing. A Scam... What shocked me more so was that when I discovered it and tried to speak to the managers they would not help me. The General Manager and Sales Manager would not even answer my calls until I involved Mercedes Benz Financial. When they reluctantly gave me an appointment and I explained what happened to the sales manager he pulled out the document signed by me and dismissed my explanation which led me to believe that he was perfectly aware of what was going on by his lack of intrest, concern and general demeanor. He dismissed me and told me that the conversation was over to please leave. I told him I wanted to cancel the Protection Packages that I was never told I was purchasing. He told me that one of them was not cancelable and dismissed me. I felt I was at a used car dealer like the ones you see in mob movies. Definately not what you would expect from a Mercedes Benz dealer. Mercedes Benz of Miami uses unsrupulous sales tactics!!! Do not sign anything unless you read it, go with plenty of time to carefully review the contract and do not trust what they tell you. They are professionally, misleading Con artist! More

WORST SERVICE EVER This dealership is vastly overpriced for any service that you may need. The personnel (not all, but many) are arrogant and not overly helpful, althoug This dealership is vastly overpriced for any service that you may need. The personnel (not all, but many) are arrogant and not overly helpful, although this is typical for most Mercedes service centers. I brought in my wife's car for a simple oil change. I had a loaner car reserved, but was told no loaners were available since my needed service would only take a couple of hours. After strongly asserting that was unacceptable since I had an appointment to go to, they somehow located a loaner vehicle. After being kept waiting over an hour when picking up my car, I was told that they "lost the key". We had to have them give us a ride home and give them our spare key to get our car back. While they found the key the next morning, this entire service experience was a living nightmare. To be fair, after complaining about this debacle, the service manager cancelled the charge for the oil change (which was vastly excessive to start with - over $400.00 for an oil change and to top off brake fluid is an unmitigated rip-off). More
Very Professional I came in for routine service and also had an issue with my AC Blower motor. At first the service rep was not optimistic about being able to fix the problem without a second appointment.. The techs were able to identify the problem and luckily they had a part in stock that had been ordered for another customer that they were able to reallocate. It was late in the day on 12/30 and I am sure they all wanted to get home to their families, but despite that they were very accommodating. This is my third car from the dealer and by far the most efficient service experience yet. More

NO STARS! - WORST EVER - DON'T BUY HERE Took Hours! Should Never Be This Hard To Buy A Car! Ultimately paid just about full price for a CPO (if not more than asking) - just to get out of the dealership! Got to Miami before 3PM and after 8PM we were still WAITING! Traded my Porsche AND Paid Cash for the balance on a CPO E550 (Not Cheap!). Was told at 8:30 PM that we would ONLY GET ONE KEY becuase that's all they got. No MANUAL.. That's My Problem too! Wrote letters to Mercedes Corporate Customer Service and initially thought we were going to get back on the right track .. but AFTER 3 WEEKS of writing and calling - Corporate attention does not appear to be much better. We still have not heard from our Local Dealership (which has now been promised time and time again by corporate) so that we could pick up our 2nd Key and our Manual. Other things wrong with the car too --- but can't get the local dealership to call us to set up appointment. Would NEVER EVER BY A MERCEDES AGAIN! These issues are TOP DOWN! They preach "Customers Come First"... that they want you to have "ONLY THE BEST EXPERIENCES... Mercedes means EXCELLENCE" But these are just EMPTY WORDS from Marketing (talking the talk) and Mercedes is doing nothing to ensure that they Walk the Walk! More
