Justin was very helpful as always. I was able to get four things fixed on my car in the matter of three days. Justin knew how important I needed my car back to pick up my daughter and did not only get the jo things fixed on my car in the matter of three days. Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued. More
