First off I've purchased many Mercedes-Benz and exotic vehicles from many different dealerships and let me just say that this dealership was the absolute worst the only reason that I even completed the tr vehicles from many different dealerships and let me just say that this dealership was the absolute worst the only reason that I even completed the transaction was because the car was so hard to find in such a rare car and also Melvin the sales rep was very very helpful but beyond that the dealership is awful the sales manager Gus has no people skills and has no clue about customer service or what it means to be an actual sales manager on a high-end dealership. I was in there purchasing $170,000 vehicle and putting $90,000 down and I was spoken to as if I was some kid off the streets. Not only that the dealership is completely lackluster of any amenities they can barely even get you a cold bottle of water just not a very presentable dealership it's really is sad because Mercedes-Benz is such a high-end customer service oriented company this dealership really falls short I would literally drive to any other Mercedes dealership over this one More
