Nobody can be reached by phone and minimum time spent was 2+ hours. Needed a diagnosis on my Canadian Mercedes Benz when I booked a service appointment I was told that it will covered under warranty including a loaner car.. When I arrived for my appointment on Jan 5th I booked a service appointment I was told that it will covered under warranty including a loaner car.. When I arrived for my appointment on Jan 5th I was told by the service advisor that the he wrong and the warranty work would not be covered and would have to pay for any work done including loaner car. I ended for paying for a new battery on a a brand new two month old car. In the meantime I received a message from MB Canada about a new software upgrade that should resolve the issue .again , MB of North Miami service advisor was not comparative and said he can not perform the software upgrade because it’s a Canadian car. In frustration I called MB of Ft Lauderdale . What a difference !!! The car is in service now with a loaner car and warranty work at no charge.. If MB of Fort Lauderdale is 10 then Mercedes-Benz of North Miami is a 4. More
