The service was fine. What I didn’t like was that when I called to make the appointment I was lied to and the person told me I couldn’t get a loaner if my service was not What I didn’t like was that when I called to make the appointment I was lied to and the person told me I couldn’t get a loaner if my service was not more than 3 hrs. When I read the policy online it said 2hrs. The fact that they don’t provide service vehicle is unacceptable. My service ended being 3 hrs and Nobody has time to spend 2-3 hours at a dealer. Do better your cars are expensive and luxurious you should provide loaners More
