Everything was perfect with the sales process which I have reviewed previously. But I’m very disappointed regarding the work they did prior to purchase especially, from a MB dealership. They had to replace the batteries on the car which delayed the original pickup of the car. Great that they did it at their cost. After a few days I noted that two rear lights were not working. I reported it to Francisco and we agreed to keep an eye on it. Suddenly after a week, I incurred lots of electrical issues, false tire inflation reports, seats wouldn’t adjust, airbag fault light came on. I rang Francisco who was unresponsive. When Francisco finally called I told him I was taking the car to my Bentley expert technician a few days later. We agreed I’d let him know what they found. Well, I’ve phoned Francisco a number of times since and now he’s never available. Very different to when I was purchasing the car - he was always available! So fortunately for me my guy has resolved all the problems. The MB technicians appear to have failed to clear and reset the ecu/modules after changing the batteries. No thanks to Mercedes the car is now running fine. I feel very disappointed that what was a great purchase experience ended up as a nightmare all because of poor workmanship and a failure to recognize and resolve a frightening series of problems. 0 out of 10 for customer care post sale More

She was beyond patient on the sign in dayas I ran out of battery on my mobile and we had to juggle a ton of things to have erything square out. The car is fantástico so does she! As a side note,this is not my first luxury car and I need to say I expected mas from te brand itself their processes and how they approach things! I'm not saying it was bad, 8m saying I have felt more pampered with other brands, they can double down on the actual customer experience! More

I was greeted very warmly and ask to wait in the lobby. My serviceman came to get me almost immediately. We discussed the service to be done. I was given the choice to wait or go home and wait. Of course I My serviceman came to get me almost immediately. We discussed the service to be done. I was given the choice to wait or go home and wait. Of course I chose to wait at home. I was given a ride with Lyft, and picked up by Lyft in less than 2 hours. My car was serviced, I asked for a copy of what services were performed. My service guy was very professional and kind to go over future services, I was grateful and home I went. Thank you! More
