My bill came to $1355. 90 for labor. The car was in your shop for 24 hours and assuming that the labor was done over eight hours that would come to about $170 an hour or if 90 for labor. Whether or not that’s the book rate or actual rate it’s a lot of money per hour and does not seem appropriate. More

Returned my car with a non working sound system. Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I had to take the battery out, at the service department, and go get another one. That's when I discovered that the sound system was no longer functioning. Their response? " Oh well, your car is old and your radio just stopped working". That was a brand new battery. What ever killed the battery probably killed the sound system. The service manager refused to fix it and took no responsibility for the brand new battery that was damaged. More
