Pathetic Service! ! They towed my car for a puncture at 11:00am and then .... nothing for 5h despite 6 calls that never got a technician to return a call. finally I fin ! I know nothing about this dealership, except that I thought they would have a good inventory of the S 500 which I was interested in purchasing. I went online to look at their inventory and was blocked thought they would have a good inventory of the S 500 which I was interested in purchasing. I went online to look at their inventory and was blocked by their request that I accept cookies which I did not want to do. I tried to call them to see if there was a way around the cookie request so that I could look at the inventory of S500. After 10 minutes of trying to get someone to answer the phone in sales initially, and then being on hold, trying to reach the sales manager since no one was answering in sales, I was beginning to wonder how or why anyone would do business with this dealership. I do see that there are positive reviews online, but between their website, and their failure to answer the phone, I am dubious More
