Took my wife's ML500 in for service and my service advisor (Dan Wolf) was excellent. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs before and after the service was complete. I even set up additi advisor (Dan Wolf) was excellent. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs before and after the service was complete. I even set up additional services for the following month due to the sincerity and courtesy Mr. Wolf showed me throughout this process. Gaylord Buck, the GM and the management staff are opportunistic liars. That would also include Lisa Lenard, who put the deal together and Gary Kennedy, who could not return a call if his life was dep opportunistic liars. He was " on it" haven't heard from him, ever again. The ONLY way to get them to even respond is to BLOW UP THE PHONE! He has an attitude of he is always right and that he is in charge. The only thing he runs is his mouth. They also sell cars they don't actually own, and leave the consumer with an unregisterable vehicle. I've called several times. I've been told that, " they will pay my tickets". Really? Is this xxxxing Tulsa King? If you're management team can't even return a phone call on time, how can your be trusted to sell quality cars? This goes beyond poor service. It speaks to an acceptable shadiness from the top levels of they're corporate structure. Had emergency with broken fuel line after traveling 1900 miles. Called the dealership and she fully understood every issue I described, confirmed they had all the parts needed, and immediately set up an app miles.
