I was new to the service department. This was my second visit. I found Jesus to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative of the service department. He went beyond my expectations and worked diligently to get new tires ordered, installed and aligned on my GLE 450 in a very timely manner. He was patient with me while I shopped around to my long time local tire supplier and was appreciative of my loyalty to local McKinney businesses. Jesus can be credited with winning me over to MB McKinney. I have bought 5 MB from a Plano dealership but their service falls short of the service I received at Mercedes Benz of McKinney. More
