The mechanics are the laziest most inefficient and malicious I've ever encountered. They made me drive twice to the dealership, and I live an hour away, so it's time and money wasted. They said they ordered a tire, made me drive there, then they didn't. Once they put in the order, I came in two days later, only to find out the shop ordered the wrong brand on purpose. Jesus gave clear instructions to them and they still messed that up. I decided to get the off brand tire installed , because again, I have a life and they're wasting my time. They take TWO AND A HALF HOURS to change 1 TIRE. I have a newborn and a wife to tend to. I will never come back here for service, and even if I have the tire and wheel plan, it's faster for me to pay to go to a Discount Tire because at least they know not to screw around with people's time. Screw this mechanic shop, I don't have time for shenanigans. Again, Jesus/Gabe/Bob and the service team are excellent, but they're ashamed that they have to deal with this childish and unprofessional mechanic/technician behavior, and so am I. Nothing personal, but I don't like dealing with people that have a power trip messing with customers schedules. You've lost a service customer, and I'll take my business elsewhere. More

Leading up to my service at MB of McKinney, I was close to selling off my AMG and being done with MB. This was all based upon the dismally poor customer service experience that I and my wife had received to selling off my AMG and being done with MB. This was all based upon the dismally poor customer service experience that I and my wife had received from another MB Service Department (MB Plano). Thankfully through MB McKinney, starting with Customer Service Perfection provided by Jesus Pachicano, and backed-up by your Mechanics and a superbly run operation, I am once again a happy owner of my AMG. Great Staff, Immaculately Clean Facility, and on time service! Thank you MB McKinney!! More
