He was very thorough and very informative regarding the car, he took me on a test drive and I knew this was the car for me. While taking my husband on his test drive we decided this was the car. When we returned to the dealership I explained to Jonathon this was the car and we went to the finance department (Amanda) and finalized the purchase which was a smooth process.
