Disappointed car was not washed. .. Stunned when service manager asked if my break pedal was soft. Later was told air was in line and another mechanic fixed problem. disappointed .. Rear wiper is shot IMO . Disappointed service manager left area ... my car sat ready in exit lane many minutes until a different service manager asked if he could help. Appointment was 12 noon. Left shop around 4:30. Yes I waited as I was told it would take two to two one half hours. Other than that, well pleased . More
