I have been servicing my cars here for years. I live in Southold. I do not get charged for rental cars due because I am a long standing customer. I got charged $140 last visit. Not only did they charge me for miles, they charged me for gas, which I put in the car and had a receipt to prove it. I called every day for 8 days, no return call. Then I received a call saying the money was refunded. 2 months later, it has not been refunded. This is a terrible way to treat a customer of 15 years plus. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend them. Very disappointing! More

One of the rear seats in my 2022 GLE350 wouldn't go up so I called Peter Poppa and he told me to bring it in. I dropped off my vehicle for service, Fred got me a loaner and I was on my way. Jay called me the I called Peter Poppa and he told me to bring it in. I dropped off my vehicle for service, Fred got me a loaner and I was on my way. Jay called me the next day that the peoblem was fixed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When i got there I returned the loaner and my vehicle was clean and ready. Great experience! Not crowded many salesmen to help. I didn't feel rushed. My salesman William Mecca took his time and was great. The Rockville Center service center is literally 3 minutes away from my home, yet I choose to go to Massapequa Mercedes-Benz. DWAYNE McCRAE is the best advisor. More
The attendees are extremely friendly and respectful. I have been to almost all the service centers in the greater New York area. That includes Silver Star, MB of BK, MB of Rockville, Helms Bros, MB of M I have been to almost all the service centers in the greater New York area. That includes Silver Star, MB of BK, MB of Rockville, Helms Bros, MB of Manhattan. None of them have come close to this service center. Especially because of Vivian Keshtgar. She is the crown jewel of that location. If you need someone who actually cares about your needs she is the one. Very determined to find the problem and solution. She has a lot of experience and I got really lucky to have the opportunity to coordinate all my repairs through her. I live in Brooklyn and drive all the way to Massapequa to take my car to her and her team. She should be a manager not the position she’s currently in now. They have great availability and are able to get to your car sooner than other service centers. Thank you for everything Vivian. More
