People were both sincere and professional I was given time frames for the work when I brought car in and the work was executed exactly as forecast. As always, truly outstanding! We purchased our SLK at another dealer but always have it serviced at MB of Massapequa. Service has always been excellent. This time an intermittent warning was traced to firmware that needed updating. A small door ding was also repaired at no charge. This dealership is truly in a class by itself. More

I was greeted by Mr Choi who's a I'm a first time owner and needed my car serviced cause my cars engine light was on but didn't know what to expect . I was greeted by Mr Choi who's a service consultant and master technician, he's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He reassured me that they would have me back in my car in a timely manner and sure enough the following morning I received a text from Mr Choi letting me know my car was ready. He explained that the light came on due to a miss fire from the engine which is pretty common when the temperature changes. More
