Service Review: scheduled an appointment to diagnose newly purchased vehicle under CPO warranty, citing brake noise, a pulsating pump noise from under the hood, and headlight condensation. Brake noise was immediately dismissed because Charlie Graf wanted to charge me for the replacement of rotors. When I said that the brakes were likely overlooked by the CPO inspection, I was told to go back to the dealer that sold me the car if I did not want to pay for new rotors and pads. Mind you, Charlie never offered to test drive the vehicle or have a tech look at it to confirm the noise was normal. On the topic of headlight condensation, I was also dismissed, saying it was normal. I could believe him on that item. Last item, the pump noise. It was an abnormal noise which I had recorded a video of to show Charlie in order to reduce any confusion when trying to recreate the problem. Showed video, immediately after I was told that it was the "high pressure fuel pump" and that it was normal, even though it sounded like a groaning animal. Once again, I was dismissed and told to go back to the selling dealer. No technician looked at the vehicle, nothing. It's clear Charlie did not want any CPO warranty work and was looking for high dollar cash deals from unsuspecting customers. Went to the dealer who sold me the vehicle where they immediately got the Service Manager involved who confirmed the pump noise and brought in two techs to diagnose a bad check valve and warped front rotors on the spot. They are currently repairing the vehicle and I let them know that Charlie Graf thinks I'm dumb and deaf for knowing absolutely nothing about my new car. Go to MB Massapequa Service if you'd like to be treated like a child and want to give your hard earned money to lazy and rude Service "Consultants" like Charlie Graf. More

I had a tire blowout in my E350 and needed to pull off the road and call Mercedes’ roadside assistance. They sent 25 hr tow. Jon carefully put my car on his flatbed and took the car and myself to my Merce the road and call Mercedes’ roadside assistance. They sent 25 hr tow. Jon carefully put my car on his flatbed and took the car and myself to my Mercedes’ of Massapequa dealership, being after hours, I left the key for the service dept in the sakes dept. I proceeded to take advantage of the free Uber ride home which was provided. I received a call at 7:40 am from my service provider, Kwang Choi, who provided the cost and est time of repair. The car was repaired earlier than he had indicated. You can’t ask for more! Great Mercedes’ corp plan to assist on the road and an awesome dealership and service provider following up! They deserve 10 stars and not 5!! More
