Excellent service, my service manager Brendan was wonderful, he went out of his way to accommodate me. Repairs went well and I am very satisfied with Mercedes. Vivian and Mike were fantastic. I broke down on 110 in Melville. I didn’t know what to do as I have never broken down before. I called MB and Vivian took care of everything. She got the tow.
