My wife and I use Mercedes of Massapequa to service both our vehicles. Mine is a 2017 E300, and I had a check engine light issue. After dropping off the car for service, Victoria called to explain what wa our vehicles. Mine is a 2017 E300, and I had a check engine light issue. After dropping off the car for service, Victoria called to explain what was wrong with the vehicle and the cost. Not the news I wanted to hear as it was a mortgage payment! However, Victoria was clear and concise and put me at ease as I understood it was a big job, and parts of the engine had to be taken apart and reassembled. The car was serviced and now drives like a dream again. The point, the entire team at Massapequa is genuinely excellent. I have to add that we previously had our cars serviced at a dealer closer to my home in the Smithtown area. That dealer's staff would never explain what was happening with your vehicle in easy-to-understand terms, and it was clear they were doing you a favor working on your car. Also, they did not want a cash payment and wanted a credit card for service work. Luckily, I had both. Save time, use Massapequa, and you will have a smile on your face the entire experience. More
