I had a tire blowout in my E350 and needed to pull off the road and call Mercedes’ roadside assistance. They sent 25 hr tow. I proceeded to take advantage of the free Uber ride home which was provided. I received a call at 7:40 am from my service provider, Kwang Choi, who provided the cost and est time of repair. The car was repaired earlier than he had indicated. You can’t ask for more! Great Mercedes’ corp plan to assist on the road and an awesome dealership and service provider following up! They deserve 10 stars and not 5!! More
