Erick was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and truly an MB expert. It’s clear he is very good at what he does. He made the buying process seamless he is very skilled in sales without making you feel pressured. He provided me with multiple options, models etc. based on the needs I expressed and explained to me the differences and benefits of both. He even got two cars I was debating from your sister BMW dealership in Freeport which I knew took a lot of time and effort and I could never thank him enough for. He truly catered to me which I couldn’t appreciate more as I understand he’s extremely busy with other clients. He was so respectful of my time, punctual, honest , smart the list just goes on and on. I was in your dealership Wednesday, out the door today all because of Erick and believe me if yesterday wasn’t a holiday I would’ve gotten it within a day.
