I love this dealership's service department. I have been with them since 2008. I am a loyal Merceders-Benz customer. Dwayne McCrae is my service person. Very professional, honest and accommo I have been with them since 2008. I am a loyal Merceders-Benz customer. Dwayne McCrae is my service person. Very professional, honest and accommodating. I am disabled and he is very accommodating to my disabilities. He makes sure the car is serviced correct and checks everything. He crosses the T's and dots all the I's for me. He is very kind and responsive. I live out East and the other dealerships have not been so nice to me, regarding my disability and they also have charged me for tires that should have been pro-rated. If you want a good service go to Massapequa and ask for Dwayne McCrae! More
