first id like to say that the salesman anthony did a Wonderful job and is a good person.. the rest of the dealership blew up the deal, we agreed upon a price, we had payments calculated, warranty add Wonderful job and is a good person.. the rest of the dealership blew up the deal, we agreed upon a price, we had payments calculated, warranty added, car was be serviced/certified, then the day im going to get the contract signed i get a call and they say in other words "whoops, we been telling you the wrong price and the wrong payment, we never added tax or anything, SORRY, Add $2k to the car and $35 more a month" so i went in a day later to speak to the manager, i was willing even though i was upset but wiling to work out a deal maybe split the difference even though it was they're mistake, so i was in waiting area the manager walks up with 2 papers in his hand he says "ok here's the deal" i say "you wanna go in your office and crunch some numbers try to come up with something we can do?" he says "no, this will only take 1 second, its either this or nothing" tells me they will not honor the deal they told me, or negotiate even though we done shook hands, so i walked out.. if you make a deal MAKE SURE YOU GET PRICE PRINTED ON A PAGE WITH ALL THINGS INCLUDED AND IT SAYS TOTAL PRICE OUT THE DOOR. They might try to throw a few G's on top at the last minute... God Bless. More

In November 2010, I went to MB of Massapequa to look at the C-Class, as well as the Convertibles. The salesperson at that time whose name I do not recall (a very young guy)told me that the new version of t the C-Class, as well as the Convertibles. The salesperson at that time whose name I do not recall (a very young guy)told me that the new version of the convertible was not yet in but took my name and number and would call me immediately. Well, needless to say, he never did. Foolishly, in June, I returned to MB of Msssapequa. I had made a decision that I wanted the 2011 C-Class Sport. It was that time that I met with Tod Foster. I met with Tod, a pleasant, humorous gentleman who explained the car to me. Although knowledgeable, when I asked about a knee airbag he seemed perplexed and told me the car does not have one. (THE CAR DOES on the driver's side!) He also let me drive his own c-class. We spoke about the options that I was looking for and the overall price of the car. He came back a few minutes later with a printout of monthly payments. When I stated that they were too high, it was then that all headed south. He asked me to wait a minute and then brough over MIKE, who I believe was the Manager or Assistant Manager. In a few words Mike basically dismissed me stating, "that is what the prices are, we cannot do anything else." I walked out vowing to never again return there since I had 2 bad experiences BUT to obtain my MB! Well, I went to LAKEVIEW in Rockville Centre. I was treated professionally, with courtesy and they let me know that they would not lose a customer over price. I now have my new vehicle with a MUCH LOWER price than was given by Massapequa. More

I spent $86K on a new CLS 550 and absolutely love the car - until I would run over a pothole or a pebble. The rims are so soft that the tires blow out all the time and the rims bend. I purchased tire and rim insurance from this dealer and they have never honored the insurance. They find ways out of honoring the insurance (the tire holds air even though you cannot drive it). Then I s/w a different mercedes person who informed me that this dealer sold me after market rims with the BM logo! Amazing! They have not tried to help in any way. They had two service managers who committed to helping and to replacing the rims, but both were fired before they honored their word and the owners didn't back them up. All in all, I would never deal with this dealer again! The worst! More
