I returned to Mercedes Benz and spoke with Sales Manager Mike Chase who went above and beyond to make my second go round with Mercedes a great one. While I was talking with Mike my grlfriend was being shown the car she wanted to look at by Chris, Mike took my trade-in of my 2009 ML-350 and we brought the 2009 350 E, not only did these two gentlemen go out of there way to make this transaction so pleasurable, they made sure any exteneded warrenties we had taken out on the ML where carried over. I would highly recommend going back and asking for Chris Loba to be your salesman, you will not regret it. I know if and when I decided on a new car he will be my first choice to call. This deal was so smooth and painless it did not take more than an hour to go over the vechile and deal with the finance people. We recently purchased 2 new cars from Hank at Mercedes of Massapequa and couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only did Hank sell us the first car but he also called us weekly just to check in while we waited for it to come in (very nice touch) and of course also called us to see how the car(s) were after the fact.
