I apologize about your experience and we also apologized about the pictures being inadvertantly posted to the wrong vehicle. This was no way purposely done as we did call you and informed you is was the wrong pics. We also offered to work with you on the price of the running boards and you declined the offer. My General Sales Manager did explain the errors to you so you did not make a wasted trip. Again my apologies for the mix up.

I apologize for your experience at the store. When we spoke and I suggested you to utilize a store near your home,it was only because you told me you were uncomfortable dealing with one of my employees because of his past(10yrs ago) relationship with your wife. I stated if you werent comfortable buying parts here then it would best for all parties if you used a location closer to home since we were unable to come together on any solution. The 2011 E350W4 which you made an offer to purchase ocurred after our conversation. Clearly we were not in the ballpark and were unable to get to an agreeable price based on your statement. I am sorry we were not able to discount the vehicle and make a deal work for you.

Lance your employee willie was calling and following/ stalking my wife..willie also made verbal threats in person and by voice mail that his friends ( mechanics) would damage my car. Everything has been cool as of late.if he does it again next step is to contact police. I will continue to do business at your location.
