I went into Mercedes Benz recently to see my lease end options. I had leased a 2010 Mercedes GLK and my lease was up in approx. 2 months. When I went in to see Tod Foster (who had set up my first lease ba options. I had leased a 2010 Mercedes GLK and my lease was up in approx. 2 months. When I went in to see Tod Foster (who had set up my first lease back in 2010) I was unsure if I was staying with Mercedes, only because I was pregnant, purchasing a new home and was totally confused on which car/truck would be best for my work and growing family. Within 1 hour, I had my next Mercedes Benz picked out, chose a color and options and was ready to sign! I felt 100% secure with my decision and even learned how Mercedes airbags beat the rest as far as safety!! With my incredibly busy schedule, it was such a pleasure to have such a smooth transaction. My favorite part about the entire deal was the interaction between customer and salesman. Everything was explained to me in detail and with a Smile which goes a long way in the sales business! Thank you Tod for keeping me in the Mercedes Benz family and reminding me how happy I am with Mercedes! I was debating on getting a BMW or Mercedes. The choice was between a 3series sedan or c class sedan. When I went to Mercedes I was introduced to Lauren and she made it so easy and clear to me, Mercedes wa was between a 3series sedan or c class sedan. When I went to Mercedes I was introduced to Lauren and she made it so easy and clear to me, Mercedes was the right fit for me. I was blown away with her reasonings as well as the deal she proposed. I thought it was going to be a problem because I wanted to trade my car in at a certain price. Not only did she get the price I wanted, I felt the new deal for my lease was a great one! I have leased a C300 and ML350 from this dealer with in ten days period. For the C300 I work with a different team, and I wasn't very happy with their response. For the ML350 I worked primarily with Lauren and her manager Kevin. Lauren is a true professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and without being pushy. I will recommend prospecting buyers to request her specifically. Sometimes if you call or email you might be bounced around the “team” and nobody really takes ownership of the opportunity. Also Kevin is always willing to work with you and closes the deal. - Mike More

We found a car that I love and for a price that makes me happy! The dealership is clean and and inviting and the staff is pleasant and friendly. My wife and I went into the dealership about two weeks ago to shop for a new car. When we walked in the receptionist girl didn't acknowledge our presence and we continued onto the sales floor. We browsed about 20 minutes or so without any interaction by an employee. Mind you there were 5 people behind the desk as you walked in and 3 or 4 standing chatting with them. My wife finally approached the receptionist girl and told her we were waiting 25 minutes and nobody helped us. She was sarcastic and nasty with my wife and walked off to find someone. My wife said forget it and she gave her a "whatever" and walked away. As we were walking out my wife went to the desks and asked for the manager and explained the situation. They apologized and a sales associate tended to our needs. We sat with the sales associate (who's name I don't recall but was European) who went over cars and while they didn't have exactly why I was looking for said he would check on availability and call me. Needless to say, two weeks later and no call. I live in town and I always promote business within the town. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If your spending $70-100k on a car, I expect that my experience be nothing but pleasant form the minute I walk in the door. They were truly a disappointment. More

They were kind, attentive, sensitive, and quite personable. They each mase the experience so pleasurable. Mike Chase was patient with my cares and concerns and Tod Foster a master at trainig me how to operate this detailed piece of machinery. I have no hesitations at recommending the delership and its exepplary employees to my friends and family. More
Called for info re: nav system. Was given misinfo by service desk. 33 minutes on hold for Vincent-the manager. Was given misinformation by him. Finally corrected problem after 33 minutes on hold listening to their advertisement. Very inconsiderate to say the least. More
