All my life I have wanted a Mercedes-Benz. I've dreamed about owning one of these cars. When I researched online one night, I was directed towards your site because of the low price offered on the dreamed about owning one of these cars. When I researched online one night, I was directed towards your site because of the low price offered on the C300. Hank was extremely helpful and patient with me. All the while the whole store was getting a computer upgrade. I've done this at my own place of employement and it is not fun. It is hard to perform your normal tasks when your computer system is not available. Hank Woloz did an "EXCELLENT" job. I was so happy when he brought me to my new car that I cried. He bent over backwards to make sure that my experience was one to remember and that I completely understood all the functions of the car. He even went the extra mile to make sure that we were able to get my husbands phone hooked up to the bluetooth. AMAZING! I couldn't be happier and I am looking forward to my first maintenance so that I can be treated like a queen. Greg Galardi was very informative and helpful in processing and helping me decide which financial plans suited my needs. "GREAT JOB" everyone. Thank you so much. Although I only knew Anthony for a a few weeks, it felt like I knew him for years. This was my first car and he made the transition so smooth. This is our third lease with Massapequa Mercedes. Although we did need to deal with more than one sales guy, they were all knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Each one took their time, and tried their hardest and succeeded to make buying the car a pleasurable experience. The way phone calls were handled is a different story. We were put in touch with Aja, and got her voicemail and left messages for her to call us back so we could take care of delivery. After at least 5 attempts on our part to get in touch with her, we never received a call back. Reception seemed to have a disconnect with getting us satisfaction. This is the first time we have had this issue, but it was frustrating, never the less. Hoping this issue doesnt carry over to service issues in the future. My wife and I began shopping for a new luxury SUV, and had already looked at Audi, BMW, Cadillac and Infinity before we went to Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. After browsing for a while we met sales consul had already looked at Audi, BMW, Cadillac and Infinity before we went to Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. After browsing for a while we met sales consultant Hank Woloz who showed us the different models they offer. We quickly decided the ML350 was the truck that we wanted and he pulled up some vehicles he had in stock. We went thru the available options and Hank put together the costs to lease a 2013 we picked out, but it was a little beyond what we wanted to spend. I then asked him about a 2010 ML350 I saw in the back earlier and we discussed the benefits of buying a Certified Pre owned vehicle. The truck was immaculate and we negotiated a deal within minutes, only to find that someone had already placed a deposit on that one. Although we were very disappointed, Hank assured us that he would find another ML that we would love just as much. We broadened our search for the ML350 to other dealers in the area, and even test drove a 2010 with low miles at another dealership. Unfortunately, we were presented with a price which was much higher than we expected, and their value of our trade-in was also $2K less than Hank was offering. After a few more days (and my wife growing very impatient) Hank found a 2011 ML350 with low miles and lots of extra options we hadn’t even planned on getting. He was able to get the price where it needed to be and we are now the proud owners of our 1st Mercedes-Benz. During the whole process, Hank made us feel very relaxed and comfortable, and there were never any high pressure sales tactics. Aja Dewling, the finance manager was also very nice and low key. She offered us the additional options (extended warranty, maintenance package, etc…), but did not push at all when we declined. After we took the truck home, we discovered there was a problem with the rear DVD player. Well, Hank was all over it! He had us bring the car down late on a Saturday afternoon so he could personally take a look at it, even though the service department was closed, showing us that even though the sale was done he still cared that we were fully satisfied. First thing Monday morning we received a call from the service department to set up an appointment to address the issue. More
