Anthony was very professional and did not pressure us. he answered all of our questions and went over many payment options. He was extremely patient and very friendly. I had informed him i was still going to test drive the x5 early on in the dialogue and he was very understanding. However, my girlfriend and I felt very good about the ML350 we test drove and Anthony took over. He won us over and we decided to purchase the ML350 on the spot.
