January 2014, I enter the Mercedes-Benz dealership on a cold snowy Sunday afternoon and I was greeted with a warm hello from the Receptionist and that was the beginning of a great experience. I met with Hank, who said, “Well you must be serious about shopping for a car, to have come out in this weather.”; and he was right. I had a great conversation with Hank, first he asked me questions about my needs and goals, he listened and informed me of my options. Hank was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product and he did not pressure me to make a decision. In the end, I am very excited and happy to write I leased my new 2014 C300 4Matic Sport Palladium Silver Metallic from Hank Woloz! I went into get a lease special. I was kept there for long time on promises. finally, agreed on a car, went for test drive, filled out paperwork and gave my credit card for down payment. sales rep return long time on promises. finally, agreed on a car, went for test drive, filled out paperwork and gave my credit card for down payment. sales rep returned and said that he is trying to get me another car. manager came over and said that price is more, miles are les per year and said "take it or leave". sales rep was very nice, however the manager was arrogant and didn't care about the first time MB buyer. very horrible experience at my very first MB dealership. I can certainly understand if the car was sold. if so, they should have given me another car and worked with me on the price. the manager was treating me like I don't deserve to use a MB. I would never go back there even if they offer me a free car..... salesman tells you one thing and the manager is on the other extreme. lot of games, not the real deal... More
