Not pushy! I walked into this dealer being greeted by a receptionist and salesman. Joe then took me to show me a few vehicles of what I seemed interested in. And with in a few minutes I was out driving GLC 300. Joe wasn’t pushy or a now it all. He was listening to all my questions and concerns and answered all my questions. Before I knew it I was leaving as a new Mercedes owner and very happy. Thank you Joe!!! I will return here!! More

Though the lease on my BMW was not up until next March, I was able to reach an agreement on a 2019 Mercedes the very day that my wife and I visited the dealership. Truly unheard of. Everyone involved in the deal from Matt to our sales consultant William Mecca to the leasing specialist Delores (forgive the spelling :( ) were consummate professionals. And to boot, the delightful young lady Victoria who spent all the time in the world I needed to show me the “ins and outs” of the car was spectacular. A great and refreshing experience all around.
