The best money I spent for service in my car. This is not the closest MB service center to me, but I drove in after I had a check engine light during the summer just to have it checked. I was tak This is not the closest MB service center to me, but I drove in after I had a check engine light during the summer just to have it checked. I was taken car by one of the mechanic, Robin. Just the way he welcomed me and embrace my situation I felt comfortable enough to return for my next service. I came back for my D service and a couple of things extra, and was introduced to Vivian. I don't know anyone from the service team, but I doubt anyone is better than her. For once I didnt feel the dealer wanted to make money off of me. Vivian was on top of her game and guided me through out the whole process, from urgent to less important. Unlike my previous service center, you'd think even the rear cup holder was related to the engine's performance. I'm not going back. Unfortunately I didnt go to the MB Amityville any sooner. Thank you Vivian for looking out after me,and my car also Happy belated Birthday. Your team is lucky to have you. More
