We contacted Mercedes by email four times and by phone twice requesting interior photos or a video walk through of a vehicle that they only had 7 photos of the exterior. We received one response via email from Edward Bowen requesting we call him and nothing that we requested. When we replied asking again for photos as we were working we did not receive anything. When we got off work and still had no photos we called the Sales Manager Bart Kievit and had to leave a message, we received no response from him either. We called back and spoke with somebody named Julian who said he would send us photos and never received anything. Apparently they don't care about good customer service! Contacted another dealership in IL and purchased our SUV there. More
