Price of the service quoted initially was very high and after tough negotiations and comparing with competitor Dealers quotes the price was reduced to almost half. This was made possible by purchasing the part and service separately. This left lot of bitterness with service rep and they did not offer loaner though car was with dealership for around a week. Post service defect was found where car front seats would not operate post steering lock replacement.None of the sales representatives are available on call for clarification or status of repairs. Would not recommend this dealer.as they seem to rip the customer and provide poor service. More

I came in for a new battery and the recalls they discussed with me over the phone. Once I picked up my car they tried to slip in them doing a oil change for $500+ when I never consented to it. From the time you walk in, until the time you leave, the entire dealership welcomes you! The complications my vehicle presented, was received, evaluated, and executed. I’m so blessed to have found such a great service advisor. Many advisors and dealerships has lost the ability to display empathy and to be deemed as trustworthy. However, Dexter Thompson, exceeds skills that can not be taught. He explains thoroughly, keeps you updated, and listens! It is going on 3 years and 2 vehicles since my first encounter with Dexter for a simple oil change, and I would not dare go to another dealership or advisor! When a company and its employees have the ability to understand your needs, meet and exceed all expectations for your vehicles, and provide it with class; you’ve got yourself a winner!
