I have been using this dealership for six years. Frankly I was not impressed at first at their customer service, although the repair workmanship was good. They lacked communication among their staff and there was no system of coverage when staff were unavailable. I complained to the Mercedes regional office. Finally after a number of management changes they have gradually improved to the point that I am no longer considering changing to another dealership for service.
