Dishonest. ..I was told one thing, but when the vehicle came, they said another. Classic bait & switch...and I've waited for the vehicle for nearly a year. Gerord comes across as if he is a misogynistic. He is arrogant. When it was time for signing the lease all was good. I called him twice and left voice messages and he never returned them. I came in to get me car serviced and had to make sure to speak with him. I had questions about my warranty (gap insurance) and just what was covered. He seemed annoyed and dismissive. More
