Chastity, our salesperson was fantastic. I had been seriously looking to buy for about 1-week, and I found it difficult to find the model, with the accessories I wanted. To make a long story I had been seriously looking to buy for about 1-week, and I found it difficult to find the model, with the accessories I wanted. To make a long story short, I sent Chastity a text to thank her for trying so hard to find my perfect match. the very next day when i was within minutes of closing a deal in NC, Chastity called me (on her day off) she said that she had found a match for me. I all but closed the deal via text. Fantastic - friendly dealership. I've found the perfect dealership!!!!!!!!!!!! And a very professional - friendly - helpful salesperson. I'll likely buy again this year. Love my Mercedes. One minor detail that might be improved upon. I guess I expected the sales manager to introduce himself and congratulate me on being a Mercedes owner. By-the-way - other members of the sales team did come by and say hello. I've never encountered so many salespeople at any dealership ever. WOW!!! More
