My belief is that the staff are judgemental based on appearances. If they "think" you don't have money, you will be treated as such...we walked 2 laps around the sales department befor anyone greeted or adressed us. Eventually, a sales lady who had the most obstructed to view to see us, asked if we had been helped. In my frustartaion, I know my tone was harsh, I shared my disappointment, and she assured me that she would provide excellent customer serve, which she did. If you want a decent experience at MBoM, look for Stacia. Long story short, we walked out with a new GLC, and Stacia and her manager apolgized proffusely for the initial experience that we had, they tried to give us the best service they could as we completed our transaction.
