Very very poor customer service. Called & emailed the service advisor but absolutely no response. It does hurt the reputation of company like MERZ. There was a torsion bar recall on my 2021 Sprinter chassis. I was dissatisfied overall with this recall repair because they did not have the parts to complete the repair, promised to call me when part chassis.
