Great job fixing the problem! Felt 1000% that the service department heard my issues and fulfilled my needs. Worst service ever. I paid $5000 for a 40,000 mile complete maintenance service plan. 1st 10,000 mile oil change service requested tire rotation and to check the drivers I paid $5000 for a 40,000 mile complete maintenance service plan. 1st 10,000 mile oil change service requested tire rotation and to check the drivers side rear due to a slow leak issue. Took 2 days and find out a few days later they never rotated the tires or checked out the leak. Called to complain and schedule a time to have done, the assistant service mngr Vincent states he would call me back which never happened. Called today because brakes are now scrubbing which is terrible with only 10,000 miles on it and would have been caught if they performed the tire rotation as requested. Worst service department in the state. Finance manager is a scammer selling the extended warranty and service plan as anything needed for standard service would be covered. What a joke I got a text message stating they don't cover tire rotation in their $5000 maintenance service contract. Terrible company avoid like the plague. Horrible customer servi More

Every time I enter into the dealership, I feel as if my money is valued, my time is of importance, and the customer service is unmatched. My service advisor, Dexter Thompson changed my whole perspective of money is valued, my time is of importance, and the customer service is unmatched. My service advisor, Dexter Thompson changed my whole perspective of how one should be treated, when it pertains to my vehicle. When I choose to wait for my vehicle, the wait is minimal, Dexter communicates if my vehicles needs any other services , and he always asks, if I would like the service PRIOR to me paying for it. Prior experiences I’ve had in the past, advisors were not honest, I’ve always sought advice from others within my immediate family that held integrity to a high standard! However, after dealing with my advisor, that issue is no longer. Thank you Dexter, for not only treating me with the upmost professionalism but for treating me with respect, from the beginning to the end.
