Mistakenly let my 20 year old son drive the car to an appointment in Seattle. Ran over a piece of truck tire on off ramp and damaged the underside protective cover. I brought the vehicle in without an appointment to have someone look at it. Eval done in 10 minutes. Car repaired 3 days later. ONLY charged me for the part. NO CHARGE FOR LABOR!
