The best car buying experience I bought a Certified Mercedes GLC 300 a couple of weeks ago. I never thought I would buy a car at the spot. But Bryan Nelson at Lynnwood Mercedes made I bought a Certified Mercedes GLC 300 a couple of weeks ago. I never thought I would buy a car at the spot. But Bryan Nelson at Lynnwood Mercedes made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and professional and yet patient. The buying process was smooth, reasonable and quick. Not only buying experience was exceptional, his after service was remarkable. He followed up on the car. When we brought up a concern regarding brakes, he made an arrangement with service department. Brakes were taken care under warranty of certified cars. We had bought Lexus and Mercedes few times in the past and did not have this pleasant car buying experience. If I knew buying car is easy and pleasant, we would have changed our car often. I strongly recommend Bryan Nelson at Lynnwood Mercedes and this car dealership. More

Called in to confirm availability of a new 4x4 Sprinter with Steve my saleman. He confirmed it was available so I agreed to pay MSRP and they required a non-refundable $6500 deposit. Seemed really high but with Steve my saleman. He confirmed it was available so I agreed to pay MSRP and they required a non-refundable $6500 deposit. Seemed really high but I gave him my credit card info they ran my card and I bought it! Next day I was told that they did not want to sell to me & my business (Sprinter Upfitter) because of who we were? Spoke to Steve, the GSM manager & the GM of the store and they were all rude and short and would not sell the vehicle to me(at full MSRP!). They told me they would refund my $6500 non-refundable deposit and were going to sell this to someone else! I was blown away! Would definitely NOT recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I'm shocked at the unprofessional manner in which they choose to conduct business. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this establishment. There are a lot of other Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealers we have purchased multiple Sprinter Van's from with awesome customer service. Don't limit yourself to these guys! Shop around. More

Mercedes Lynnwood did it again! Their service is exemplary. I get first class service and I always leave that place satisfied. Garret was the one that took care of my car this time. I thought I was going to spend $$ on an oil change. Turns out, it just needed a top off. It was very quick. He checked something on my dashboard and even showed me how to do it. I didn’t even have to leave my seat. He topped it off with no charge. I asked about another issue with my car. But I was in a rush and couldn’t get it checked right there and then. So, as he promised, he quickly gave me an estimate for the fix. It literally took him two minutes. I am happy with the service. I don’t mind paying $ for an oil change or anything else in the future. These guys earned my trust. More

Service Department When I called to schedule an A3 service on my GLA250 I was told the cost would be approx $279 and the procedure would take 1.5 hrs. However when I got there and met with Stephany, I was told my car was also due for spark plugs and air filter, the wait would be 4-5 hrs and the cost would be close to $900. I am very disappointed that I was not made aware of all the work that supposedly needed to be done and the real cost of such an appointment. I bought my car at Lynnwood Mercedes Benz so all the records are there - they just didn't get looked up at the time I first called?? Also, in reviewing my paperwork, it appears that my car should have tire rotation every 5,000 miles but there was no rotation done and Stephany didn't mention anything about this to me. My initial purchase experience with Alan was tremendous (he earned 5 stars) but the service department has earned 2 stars. More
Great experience at the service department I had some issues with my sprinter, and when i brought it to the dealership service , Scott S. was the one that came up to help. Fixed the issue. Next I had some issues with my sprinter, and when i brought it to the dealership service , Scott S. was the one that came up to help. Fixed the issue. Next day when we picked up the sprinter and left the check engine sign came up. So we took it back and Scott with out any questions took the sprinter in again and fixed the problem. Now its running great again. Thanks Scott S. for great customer service and the help. More
