I am a veteran and have been a USAA member for over 20 years. I attempted to make a deal with Mercedes of Lynnwood to use an approved USAA dealer check, which I've used at several other dealers over the years. I attempted to make a deal with Mercedes of Lynnwood to use an approved USAA dealer check, which I've used at several other dealers over the years without one issue. I was working with a professional and nice sales rep named "Kat" who eventually referred me to her manager. The manager informed me that they cannot honor the USAA dealer check without holding on to the vehicle for about 12 days, per MB Lynnwood "Policy". Furthermore, that the dealership would require me to have a back up contract. To me this says that MB Lynnwood does not support or honor USAA who supports those who have served. Therefore, I do not recommend veterans or military members bring their business to this dealership since the dealer is not honoring dealer checks from a very reputable bank like USAA. Thank you! More
My name is Geremy and these people need classes in customer service. The worst experience i've ever had. Bought a brand new sprinter the vehicle was delivered with multiple scratches, the blower motor customer service. The worst experience i've ever had. Bought a brand new sprinter the vehicle was delivered with multiple scratches, the blower motor had a bunch of paper in it. Five of the tools were missing from under the floor board. Paid for a tow hitch receiver didn't get it and have not been reimbursed for it. The fog lights wouldn't work. The worst part about this is they check good on all the boxes on the pre delivery check list, even though these things didn't work. stehan halata told me there is nothing else missing and we will not be doing anything more for me. He was wrong i took it to mercedes of wilsonville and they took care of all the tools that were missing. The sales manager andrew plata has not returned any of my calls and kevin lee my sales guy, don't even get me started. Words of advice do not purchase from these people and xxxx sure don't get repair work done here. I'd give no stars but it won't let me. More

I have found products are cheaper to order myself in MB site rather than ordering it through the service I'm sharing my experience with MB Lynnwood. I have found products are cheaper to order myself in MB site rather than ordering it through the service department of any MB Service Center. I ordered one tail lamp assembly for my GLS 450 & went to pick up on the morning May 26th, 2022. At the facility, once after I picked up my item, I requested Josh McDowell(Service Consultant) to check if I can get any assistance to get the tail lamp assembly replaced by a professional person. Surprisingly Josh himself did the work for me without even wasting a single minute and not even charged any labor. Earlier service department couldn't been able to find me an appointment for 2/3 weeks for this 5-8 minutes work. It was a great gesture and shows a perfect customer focused mindset to ensure the high satisfaction. It made my day as I have never experienced such level of customer obsession with any other car dealers. This type of services on a busy morning to handle the memorial day work pressures with a smiling face shows the positive intent and loyalty towards the customer. I'm thankful to Josh & would like to rate him at the top. More
Service Department of MB of Lynnwood scheduled my appointment and told me to plan on dropping it off for at least 2hrs, which I was a little put out by, but okay if necessary. Imagine my delight when Garrett Graham, my Service advisor, a very knowledgeable man addressed my vehicle issues in under 45 minutes!! I am So pleased! New batteries in both fobs, one defective, ordered replacement. Spare tire Problem fixed, and on my way!! Thank You for the excellent Service Garrett! Your knowledge of your products helps to restore confidence in MBL to the customer. Made my day! More

I own a 2018 Winnebago View on a 2017 Sprinter frame. I had the occasion to have the rear Speed Sensors changed per recall. I would like to shout out to everyone if you live in Western Washington and need work done on your rig Lynnwood MB is the place to go. Scott is helpfull, knowledgable, and VERY friendly. I was able to get an appointment only 2 weeks out, I know amazing. Because I had to travel some distance, take a ferry (quite expensive), I arrived an hour before my assigned time and they took me in immediately, did all the work, kept me informed of the progress and were done almost before my appointment time. They also washed the rig! Thank you Lynnwood MB, YOU ROCK! More
