Unlike other salespersons, Alan was very polite and respectful. He listens instead of trying to sell what they need to get rid of. He is willing to make extra effort to negotiate the price for you even if you come with an offer from another dealership. And he would never show any impatience if you come back and forth or have any questions. Alan got over 7 years experience working in another MB dealership before coming to Lynnwood, that says a lot about his extensive knowledge about MB vehicles and excellent customer service skills.
